Mr. Pham Hoang Thang and his combine harvesting machine set a record
(Vietkings) – Begin the career at plastic industry, Mr. Pham Hoang Thang started researching and creating the sowing machine made from plastic since the year 2000 and applied widely in agriculture and accepted by the farmers in the whole country. From this archievement, in 2003, Thang continued to create the solution ejecting device that help the farmers in ejecting the repellent on the paddy and can get rid off the toxicity of this work.

Until 2006, Pham Hoang Thang realized that the harvesting by hand didn’t meet the requirement for the large ripening paddy; some place must even left the paddy boiled to pulp. Besides that, at that time, the number of harvesting machine exported from the foreign countries is quite few and the cost is too high for the farmer to afford. And from that fact, after one year researching, the combine harvesting machine branded Hoang Thang with low cost, high efficient in harvesting and in reducing the loss was created. This is a great creation that made by Mr Pham Hoang Thang and helps the farmers in Vietnam in harvesting the crop.
This machine, after participating in the Creating Competition organized by the Department of Science and Technology in 2013 and won the first prize. In the coming year (2014), The Vietnam Book of Records confirmed the record “the combine harvesting machine that won the most prizes in agricultural production”.
