The largest Collection of Weird-looking Stamps in Asia

Mr. Han Tan Quang is known as not only a journalist but also a collector. Before that, he was rewarded the certificate for Thach Thien Collection by Vietnam Book of Records. For Stamp Collection, he started to collect stamp more than 40 years ago. He has the passion for searching and recognizing that the stamp is a treasure of knowledge about culture, history...so took great pains with collecting.

So far, he has collected over 10,000 stamps, divided into 20 sets. In particular, the viewer will come to surprised at the weird-looking and material stamp on the 4321 stamps along with postage envelopes. It's called heteromorphic by no having usual shapes like square, rectangle but with the various  styles like: trapezium, parallelogram, rhombus, circle.

There are some of stamps were made of special materials such as gold, silver, copper, plastic, steel, ivory, wood, fabric, inlaid stone, sand, covered with gold, enamel, covered salt, attached Jewel; therefore, meteoric dust - inlaid... or stamps with the flavour of roses, chocolate... It's called "Material" Stamp. In addition, there are over 1,000 stamps with special shapes that he called curve-edged, curved-edges block, 3D stamps, Hologram stamp, embossed stamp, stamp printed those numbers sink, embossing stamps, seed stamps... Many of his stamp sets are high appreciated by professional for abundant content, diverse materials, original forms, filled with great values
