The new record on the occasion of Children’s Day

(Records.vn) A chocolate cake was recognized as the Vietnam Record on the occasion of Children's Day.

Children’s Culture House, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam - In the morning of June 1st, 2015, a chocolate cake was made by Vietnam Cacao Joint Stock Company on the occation of Children’s Day. The circle chocolate cake measures 4m diameter, 5cm thickness, 500kg weight.

After assessing the cake, Lawyer Nguyen Manh Quy- Member of Establishment Council of Vietnam Book of Records conferred the Vietnam Record Certificate “The biggest chocolate cake in Vietnam” on representative of Vietnam Cacao Company with animated applause of the invited guest and children.

Finally, the chocolate cake was share for children being in the event.

Dong Thap: Ancient trees win heritage honour
The new record on the occasion of Children’s Day A 287-year-old carambola tree and a 326-year-old Sop (Ficus pisocarpa Blume) tree in the Mekong Delta province of Dong Thap have been recognised as national heritage trees. Certificates of the recognition were handed over to local authorities by the Vietnam Association for Conservation of Nature and Environment (VACNE) at a ceremony held in the locality on December 18.
