Somerville Dog Festival will attempt to break record
(Records.vn) Dog owners from the Boston area are gathering in Somerville this weekend in an attempt to break a world record.

The Somerville Dog Festival on Sunday try to break the World Record for most people brushing their dog’s teeth simultaneously. The record is 268 dogs, set in Hong Kong in 2012.
Toothbrushes and toothpaste will be provided.
The festival offers tryout areas for dog owners to experience dog sports and activities with their pets; demonstrations; a fashion show and owner-dog look-alike contest; tricks competitions; raffles; vendor booths; and a demonstration of police dog work.
The event also raises money and care items for shelters.
And at the very least, a couple hundred Boston-area dogs will have better oral hygiene.
